Syria is seeking private developers for three industrial cities in Daraa, Raqqa and Idlib. The Economy Ministry puts their cost at $760 million, its director of industrial cities, Ahmad Kurdi, told Levant24. Developers would fund the infrastructure and can apply until Oct. 15.المصدر ↗
