DUBAI: Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani arrived in Qatar’s capital Doha on Monday for talks with Qatari officials, Syria’s state news agency SANA reported. The visit follows a meeting in Damascus in July between Shaibani and Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, during which the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation and signed an agreement on diplomatic studies and training.
