By Presidential Decree, Al-Sharaa Launches the “National Advanced Technology Track” to Prepare Skilled Professionals Welat TV - Erbil Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa issued Decree No. 183 of 2026, establishing the “National Advanced Technology Track” under the supervision of the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, in coordination with the relevant ministries.
