Syrian Petroleum: Al-Jbessa Gas Line Restored to Service After Repairs Welat TV - Erbil The Syrian Petroleum Company announced the return of the al-Jbessa gas pipeline to service following the completion of repairs to damage caused by an act of sabotage in the Shoula area of the Deir Ez-Zour countryside.
The company said in a statement on Friday, October 2, that the repair work included replacing an 18-meter section of the 16-inch-diameter pipeline before restoring gas pumping through the line. It noted that the restart would help maintain gas supplies and support operations in the area.
